Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a dynamic branch associate who excels in people skills and relationship building. You will help customers with daily banking needs, offer sound financial advice, and promote a range of products and services.

You’ll guide clients through digital tools, partner with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking, and conduct outbound calls to grow the customer base. 40-hour weeks with varying shifts support branch needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and provide trusted advice.
• Build relationships, understand goals, and tailor recommendations across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking channels and guide customers in usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling rules, and regulatory requirements.
