Job summary

Citizens Bank in Massachusetts is looking for a friendly, customer‑oriented Branch Associate who will be the face of the branch, getting to know customers and building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice on everyday banking.

You’ll use your communication and problem‑solving skills to recommend financial solutions, support spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, and introduce customers to digital banking options, working with partners to meet their long‑term goals.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Able to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products.
• Comfort with digital banking tools to support goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and financial solutions to customers.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options (app/ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
