Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.
• Build relationships and refer products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Use digital banking tools to support business goals.
• Multitask effectively and collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Complete SAFE Act checks and obtain NMLS identifier after applying.
• Video interview assessment to be completed within 7 days.
