Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to join our branch team as a Citizens Banker. You will build lasting customer relationships by offering trusted financial advice, while helping clients with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs through personal consultations and digital tools.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking, make outbound calls to acquire new customers, and promote tailored solutions.

Formación

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including pre-employment screening checks and NMLS identifier.
• Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment after applying.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options like our app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address more complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies and state/local regulations.
