Citizens Bank is seeking an outgoing Bank Customer Associate to build relationships with customers and provide trusted financial guidance. You will help customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, while introducing digital banking solutions and coordinating with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Formación

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days

Responsabilidades

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Explain digital and mobile banking options and app usage
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
