Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products during interactions.
• Comfort using digital tools to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital banking and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with partners to support complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
