Citizens Bank invites you to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative at our Massachusetts branch. You’ll engage with customers, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.

You’ll introduce digital options and assist with everyday transactions via app or ATMs. You’ll work with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners to address complex needs, make outbound calls, and schedule checkups.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience required.
• Comfort using digital technology to support banking goals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Provide trusted advice and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Promote digital and mobile banking tools and guide customers to use them.
• Schedule financial checkups and collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking.
• Adhere to all financial policies and safe cash handling procedures.
