Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products through in-person or phone interactions.
• Ability to work with digital banking tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
