Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboards and branch automation software.
• Must be able to multi-task under time constraints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and completing transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs to refer to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
