Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, on-site team member in Charlotte, NC to provide timely client transactions, assist with outbound calling, and support IRM activities. You will educate clients on digital banking, contribute to sales efforts, and ensure adherence to controls.

The role requires a high school diploma, teller or client service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task across branch operations. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating transactions, and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and meetings to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
