Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused teller/associate to efficiently complete client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound sales efforts, and ensure IRM-based service excellence across branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings and product knowledge meetings to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies for compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
