Job summary

Truist is seeking a team-oriented teller/CSR to provide timely client service and accurate transaction handling at our Greenville, NC location. You will guide customers through digital banking tools and assist with outbound outreach to uncover needs and opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and adherence to internal controls while supporting sales and service goals. This full-time position may require variable hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with PC keyboard, basic software applications, and branch automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate client transactions with thorough documentation and excellent service.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile Banking).
• Support sales and outreach via outbound calls to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training to improve knowledge and performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies, and adapt to policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, with appropriate product referrals.
