The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, and strong communication skills;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex transactions with assistance.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions and online banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
