Job summary

Truist in Huntersville, NC is hiring for a Regular full-time teller/relationship associate to deliver timely client service and handle transactions accurately. You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound outreach, and support IRM activities while following internal controls.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic PC and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a busy branch environment, including weekends and extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; weekends or extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
