Job summary

Truist Wealth in Charlotte, NC seeks a Regular Teller/Client Services Associate to provide timely transactions, accurate records, and thorough handling of client monies while delivering a superior service experience. You will educate clients on digital options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support sales outreach, and collaborate with branch teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling and courteous conversation while handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by participating in client outreach, checking offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.
