Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a branch associate to deliver trusted financial guidance, build lasting customer relationships, and promote solutions across spending, savings, borrowing, and investing. You will introduce digital banking tools and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to meet clients' goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of sales/customer service experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options via app and ATMs
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to support complex needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments
