Job summary

Citizens Bankers is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to serve customers at our branch, delivering trusted financial advice and building lasting relationships.

In this 40-hour/week role, you’ll help customers plan spending, saving, borrowing and investing, use digital banking tools, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to address complex needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers plan for the future, buy a home, or open a credit card.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking for transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
