Job summary

Citizens Bankers is seeking a customer-facing associate to help clients with essential financial decisions and plans. You will guide spending, saving, borrowing, and investing while introducing digital banking tools to streamline transactions.

You will work with partners across Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to fulfill complex needs, make outbound calls for new customers, and schedule financial checkups in a compliant, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act pre-employment screening and obtain NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking platforms (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
