Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch-focused Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will provide trusted advice, guide spending, saving, borrowing and investing decisions, and promote digital banking tools.

Expect to collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners, make outbound calls for new relationships, and follow all bank policies and regulatory requirements. Hours typically include weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products/services.
• Proficient with digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and financial solutions to customers.
• Offer tailored recommendations for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking options and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams as needed.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies, cash handling, and regulatory requirements.
