Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, dedicated to helping customers with financial solutions and building lasting relationships. You’ll guide spending, saving, borrowing and investing, while introducing digital banking tools and collaborating with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.

We expect strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail banking environment, including weekends/evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: High School degree or GED.
• Experience in sales and customer service; ability to meet/exceed goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven track record building relationships and referring products.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial guidance and recommendations to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Promote digital banking tools (app, ATMs) and coordinate with partners (Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, Business Banking).
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
