Job summary

Citizens is hiring branch associates to build lasting customer relationships and provide trusted financial guidance. You will help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, while encouraging use of online and mobile banking.

Ideal candidates bring excellent communication, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience with goals.
• Ability to identify customer needs and improve relationships.
• Proven track record in building relationships and cross-selling.
• Comfort using digital channels to support business goals.
• Multitasking and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Promote digital/mobile banking and app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and cash-handling standards.
