Job summary

Citizens Bankers is seeking a friendly and outgoing team member to help customers with financial solutions at a branch. You’ll use your communication skills to understand needs, offer sound advice, and build lasting relationships while supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products/services
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals
• Able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide financial recommendations and solutions to customers
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Suggest tailored solutions for personal financial goals
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and ATM options
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking teams
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups
