Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Proven success in recommending and referring products and services via in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong digital technology skills to support business goals.
• Problem-solving aptitude to address customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivation, confidence and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and obtain NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and financial solutions to customers based on needs.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking via app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling, and regulatory requirements.
