Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, customer-focused professional to join our branch team. You will help clients with financial needs, advise on accounts, loans and digital tools, and build lasting relationships.

You’ll work in a busy branch, assisting customers in person and by phone while upholding bank policies and compliance. We value strong communication, problem-solving and a proactive approach to helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital banking options via app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
