Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch-based banker to engage with customers, understand financial goals and offer trusted guidance. You will build relationships, discuss solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing, and introduce customers to digital banking options via app and ATMs.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to address more complex needs and make calls to welcome new clients while scheduling regular financial checkups.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of sales and customer service experience with ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Strong communication and listening skills to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and financial solutions to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
