Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven success in relationship building and cross-selling.
• Comfort using digital technology to support business goals.
• Must meet SAFE Act pre-employment requirements and pass background checks.
• Video interview after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and advisory needs.
• Promote digital banking options and app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set appointments.
• Adhere to all financial policies, cash handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
