Job summary

Citizens Bankers is looking for an outgoing individual who enjoys helping others and building relationships. You’ll provide financial guidance, support customers with solutions, and promote digital banking tools. You’ll partner with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to meet diverse client needs.

You will make outbound calls to grow the customer base, schedule checkups, and adhere to all policies, including cash handling and regulatory compliance. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.
• Proven success in building relationships and cross-selling products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Strong problem-solving and solution orientation.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Must be self-motivated, confident and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must complete SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtain NMLS identifier.
• Qualified candidates will complete a video interview after applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking channels for transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and regulatory requirements.
