Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase branch to deliver hospitality and financial guidance using the latest banking solutions and technology. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, educate clients on products, and work with a team of experts to address financial needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to work within risk parameters, complete required training, and comply with regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with clients and team of experts on financial needs.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
