Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch in the United States. You will represent the brand, acquire and manage meaningful client relationships, and use financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that meet client needs and support branch success.

You will deliver welcoming service, leverage Chase technologies, and collaborate with financial experts to address complex banking needs while adhering to regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with a track record of acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistency of client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training to meet compliance obligations.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensed or to be licensed within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; ask questions and listen carefully.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
