Job summary

You will build trust through proactive client engagement, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with banking experts to address complex financial needs. This role requires branch hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients about banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
