Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and over-the-phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and build trust.
• Must complete required training; comply with risk and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them; build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
