Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven client acquisition
• Ability to create memorable client experiences
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail
• Commitment to risk, compliance, and required training
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships
• Communicate clearly to tailor product and service recommendations
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and ATMs
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
