Qualifications

• Work within risk and regulatory requirements and complete relevant training.
• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative conversations to understand client needs and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and connect clients with specialists as needed.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
