Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver hospitality in a Chase branch and leverage modern banking solutions for clients. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships, using your financial knowledge to address clients' needs and support the branch’s success.

You will work with a team of experts, follow policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive service culture for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
