Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements including SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses with JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
