Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, outgoing teller/banker to build relationships with customers and provide trusted financial guidance. You will assist with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs while promoting digital and mobile banking tools.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Flexibility to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and solutions to customers.
• Offer recommendations for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Help customers with personal financial goals and tailored solutions.
• Promote digital and mobile banking tools and services.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
