The role involves outbound calls to acquire new clients, collaboration with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and adherence to cash handling and banking regulations. 40-hour weeks with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide trusted financial advice.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking solutions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to assist complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
