Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch and help customers achieve their financial goals by providing trusted advice. You’ll build lasting relationships, answer questions, and recommend tailored financial solutions while handling cash and following policies.

You’ll promote digital banking, collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and may work evenings or weekends to meet branch needs. This role offers meaningful work, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products/services
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Promote digital and mobile-first banking tools
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial check-ups
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures
