Job summary

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships while providing thoughtful financial solutions. The role requires 1+ year sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to our experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
