• Attention to detail while resolving client issues within risk and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and provide trusted financial solutions.
• Educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enable convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
