Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Florida seeks a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to welcome clients, build lasting relationships, and deliver thoughtful financial solutions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients with hospitality and advice.

The role requires 1+ year of retail banking sales, strong communication, and the ability to meet branch hours including weekends; licensing in SIE/Series 6 and related registrations will be pursued through our program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or similar field.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Explain and demonstrate Chase technology for clients' needs (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult clients and connect them with experts.
• Adhere to risk, regulatory and training requirements.
