Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client journey.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with tailored product explanations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and consult with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
