Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills; tailor features and benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk/compliance obligations and complete training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE, Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
