Qualifications

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.

• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
