Job summary

You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on Chase mobile and digital tools, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with experts to meet complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, life licenses; licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
