Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while adhering to risk parameters and training.
• High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalent acceptable).
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
