Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Banker who is outgoing and passionate about helping customers, building lasting relationships, and offering trusted financial advice. You will use strong communication to assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions, including cash management, loans, and investments.

You’ll promote digital channels and collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to address more complex needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Strengthen relationships with teammates, partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers plan personal financial goals and tailored solutions.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options and assist with app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
