Job summary

Citizens Bankers is seeking an outgoing professional to help customers with essential financial decisions. You will build lasting relationships, provide trusted advice, and guide clients through spending, saving, borrowing and investing solutions.

You will promote digital banking, support branch needs, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address more complex financial needs. Prioritize customer satisfaction and compliance throughout.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment screening and NMLS
• Video interview assessment after applying to be completed within 7 days

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
• Build relationships with customers and understand personal financial goals
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and guide transactions
• Collaborate with partners to support more complex financial needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
