Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products/services
• Demonstrated skills using digital tech to support business goals
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions for customers
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand financial needs and offer tailored solutions
• Provide advice across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Promote digital/mobile banking solutions and guide customers to use them
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set financial checkups
• Adhere to all financial policies, cash handling, and regulatory requirements
