Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Banker who will serve as the face of the branch, helping customers with financial solutions and building lasting relationships. You’ll advise on spending, saving, borrowing, and investing while introducing digital banking tools.

You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to address complex needs, and you’ll conduct outbound calls to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide customer solutions
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to customers
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Suggest tailored solutions based on customers’ financial goals
• Promote digital and mobile banking options for transactions
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set checkups
